I am doing a project on feature extraction and while going through the SIFT algorithm I found a video on youtube put up by Thinklabs for object recognition using SIFT algorithm. The URL for the video is , "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aR1DXByimlM&feature=related" .
I was hoping sir that you could mail me the code for this SIFT algorithm in MATLAB implementation as I am stuck on the point where I am not able to detect the local extrema after formation of pyramidal scale space. No matter how much I try, I am not at all satisfied with the keypoints that I am getting after applying DoG in scale space.
